I’ve got the impression that the other competitors have information I haven’t had access to, certain documents contradicted each other, deadlines were not respected, I have noticed that the criteria haven’t been applied correctly, I was not given enough information about the grounds for rejecting my tender because I am not French….: your public procurement lawyer can bring proceedings to call for your tender to be re-examined or the procedure cancelled…
Procurement procedures are effective in France but deadlines are very tight: upon becoming aware of the irregularity or receiving the rejection letter, only few days are left to react, contact your public procurement lawyer.
