In 1996 Claudia Massa joined Avens where she is now a partner.
Claudia Massa has substantial litigation experience in the commercial, civil, administrative and European courts, where she has defended the interests of French and foreign companies of all sizes.
By advising major public companies on a daily basis, she has gained knowledge of the cross-cutting issues (private law / public law) faced by public economic players.
Today, Claudia Massa works mainly on public procurement law, which she leads in Avens.
She advises contracting entities (on drawing up their procurement strategy, drafting tender documents, implementing the tender procedure, their defence in the case of litigation cases around the tendering process and the performance of public contracts) and also French and Foreign bidding companies (assistance in the bidding strategy, securing the tender, negotiation, litigation).
