Morgane Brunaud has worked with Claudia Massa to develop the Public Procurement department.
She advises public buyers (contracting authorities and contracting entities) on determining their requirements, choosing a contract, calling for competition, executing public contracts and represents them before the administrative and judicial courts in the event of litigation (pre-contractual interlocutory procedure, contractual interlocutory procedure, action for damages, action for annulment).
In order to prevent disputes, she has introduced a hotline, in particular to enable local authorities to ask the firm about the slightest doubt they may have.
She also assists national companies in responding to calls for tender and supports them throughout the execution of their contracts.
